Haiti Love and Faith Ministries selects LeepCore panel for Rebuilding Process
Louisville, KY, April 16, 2010 -- LEEP, Inc. (OTCPK:LPPI) confirms having been unanimously selected by the Board of Directors for Haiti Love & Faith Ministries as their partner in initiating the rebuilding of damaged properties at their orphanage in Carrefour, Haiti.
The announcement, posted on the Haiti Love & Faith Ministries Facebook page, highlights the resistance of LeepCore™ structures to hurricane force winds and earthquakes, which will safeguard the orphanage from a repeat of the recent devastation. The Board of Directors selected LeepCore™ panel buildings to meet all of their requirements, including safety, imperviousness to damage during Haiti’s rainy season from water, insects and mold, and rapidly constructed, permanent, low-maintenance facilities. The first new structure will provide ample sleeping and living room for at least 24 girls plus administration.
The orphanage is located at the edge of Carrefour, Haiti – the epicenter of the 7.0 earthquake that occurred January 12, 2010. Their structures sustained irreparable damage. Construction of the new initial building will begin upon completion of the fund-raising effort, currently underway.
